In an interview with India Today magazine, Anjali reflected on a time she still remembers. Sharing a memory, he said, “One memory from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani that I will always cherish is when we shot my broken scene. Karan (Johar) sir loved the take so much that he came up to me and kissed me on the forehead. I will never forget that.” The actor also spoke about the special bond he developed with the legendary actor. Every scene with him was so much fun because he is such a great actor and so generous. I remember my first day of shooting, we couldn’t finish my scenes. I already wrote on Instagram saying that I can’t wait for my first day on such a big film. Ranveer saw it and came to me and apologized.‘ I told him, ‘Ranveer, you are the only one who knows that my incident did not happen. Everyone else thinks I shot today,” he added.The actor added that what struck him the most was how Ranveer blamed himself for things that were out of his control. “What touched me the most is that he was very careful, and he apologized from the bottom of his heart that he couldn’t take pictures because it was too late. The next day, he confirmed that he was there for my shoot. After my experience, he went back to get feedback from the group before coming back to encourage me. That meant a lot,” he said.She also said that even after the film ended, their friendship continued. “We’ve been in touch for years. We meet at friends’ weddings and other parties, and he’s always lovely. I looked at Dhurandhar – I loved it. That hair was amazing. He’s absolutely killing it, and I’m so happy for him.
