During an interview with the audience, the actor was asked about the long-held belief that his iconic character in ‘3 Idiots’, Phunsukh Wangdu, originated from Wangchuk of Ladakh.

Meanwhile, according to recent reports, Aamir Khan and director Rajkumar Hirani are currently busy working on the sequel, and the principal photography is expected to begin in late 2026.
