India resumed with an unbeaten 186 runs and enjoyed another dominant batting performance, with both openers turning their overnight starts into centuries.
Lechandani remained unbeaten on 196 off 306 balls, hitting 21 fours and three sixes. He played alongside Khush Patel, who was on a three-match unbeaten streak at the end of the tournament.
Sagar Virk also scored a century
Raichandani was well supported by fellow opener Sagar Virk, who scored 134 runs in 312 deliveries.
The opening pair laid a solid platform for India before Vick departed after his century.
India trailed by 46 points
At stumps, India U-19 were 378/3, 46 runs behind Sri Lanka U-19’s first innings total.
The hosts earlier declared 424/9, thanks to Senuja Wekunagoda’s brilliant double century.
The match takes place in Galle
The Junior Test match is played at the Galle International Stadium, which will also host the first Test match between the senior teams of India and Sri Lanka next month.
