Honda launches 10 new 2W models in India! ADV 160, XR 300 Rally, Rebel 300, etc.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has unveiled one of its biggest product offensives in recent times, launching an expanded product portfolio of 10 two-wheelers for the Indian market. The new product line-up includes seven all-new models and three updated models with fresh color options, covering multiple segments including scooters, sports cars, cruisers, adventure motorcycles, electric vehicles and flex-fuel technology. The products will be rolled out in phases, with prices and detailed rollout schedules to be announced closer to launch in their respective markets, the company said. The biggest highlight is Honda’s multi-path strategy, which combines internal combustion engine (ICE), electric and flex-fuel technologies under one umbrella. The leader of the scooter range is the new Honda ADV 160. Powered by a 160cc liquid-cooled engine, it will be India’s first scooter compatible with E85 fuel and comes with an industry-leading 8.1-litre fuel tank and 27-litre under-seat storage space. The company also launched the new CB 500, a retro-style roadster powered by a 501cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine and oil cooler. It will be available in three variants including alloy wheels, spoked tubeless wheels and a spoked tubeless version with graphics. In addition to this, Honda has updated the CB350, CB350C and CB350RS with new color options while retaining the existing mechanical package. Honda expands its cruiser portfolio with the Rebel 300 and Rebel 500. The Rebel 300 is powered by a 286cc liquid-cooled engine and will be available in standard and electronic clutch versions. The larger Rebel 500, powered by a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, will also feature Honda’s E-Clutch technology, which automatically manages clutch operation to make riding in traffic easier. Adventure enthusiasts also get two new options in the XR 300L and XR 300 Rally. The XR 300L is aimed at riders looking for a lightweight dual-purpose motorcycle suitable for city use and weekend off-road riding. It is powered by a 293.5cc air-cooled engine with oil cooler. The XR 300 Rally is built on the same platform but is designed for long-distance touring and mixed-terrain riding, with rally-inspired styling and equipment. Honda has also launched the new QC3 family scooter, expanding its electric vehicle portfolio. This electric scooter is equipped with a 3 kWh battery pack and has an IDC-certified range of 151 kilometers. It can be charged to 80% in 2 hours and 40 minutes and comes with a 32-litre under-seat storage box, smart key and a 5-inch TFT display with connectivity.
