Alia Bhatt trains daily for ‘Alpha’
According to Karan Sawhney, Alia Bhatt’s Alpha workout involves more than lifting weights. Since the film is about action, his training focused on building strength, improving skills and increasing reaction time.“He had to look strong, he had to look good,” Karan said.He revealed that the routine includes strength training, exercise, physical activity, and high concentration.He explained: “I really believe that when you see something in your mind and then do it, you are in a better place and you can do it very well.” He explained thus.

Preparing for Alpha means changing a very complex process.Karan revealed that Alia spends 10 to 12 hours shooting, followed by an hour to half an hour of training and another hour of dance performances. In addition, his meals and sleeping hours were predetermined.“She would shoot for 10-12 hours, train for 1-1.5 hours, dance for an hour, food was prepared, and sleep was very important because she is also a mother,” she shared.
Alia Bhatt used to eat up to 125 grams of protein every day
One of the biggest aspects of Alia Bhatt’s diet for Alpha was her high protein intake.According to Karan, the actor eats about 100 to 125 grams of protein every day to help build muscle, strength and recovery.His diet followed his schedule. Breakfast was usually between 9am and 10am, lunch between 12:30pm and 2pm, afternoon snack between 3:30pm and 5pm, and dinner between 7pm and 8pm.The legendary coach said his goal was not to eat junk food but to eat healthy and nutritious food that allowed him to have more shooting days and exercise more.
Recovery was just as important as exercise
