With the latest discovery, the actor is said to be the owner of the entire house, a house that is very valuable to the Khan family.
A house full of memories

Spread over a 1,200-square-yard plot in South Delhi’s upscale Panchsheel Park, the house is more than just a luxury property. It was where Shah Rukh and Gauri lived before moving to Mumbai to chase his Bollywood dreams.Over the years, Gauri Khan has often spoken of her deep connection with the building, calling it one of the most iconic projects she has ever done.In an earlier interview with iDiva, Gauri said, “Our house in Delhi is almost 20 years old.”

Explaining why this house is so important to him, he added, “As many know I am from Delhi and have spent most of my life here, so I thought it would be a good idea to buy and build a house near my mother’s house.He said the house became a place where the family’s memories from different stages of life met.
Gauri’s favorite corner: The nostalgia wall

One of Gauri’s favorite places in the house is what she calls the “nostalgia wall.”He said: “When I enter this house, every corner I look at, I remember many things.”The wall contains storage items collected over the years, incl Suhana Khanmakeup brushes, Aryan KhanBadminton racket, AbRam Khan’s first birthday gift, Shah Rukh’s artwork, postcards and gifts shared between the two.“Then I really like it,” Gauri said.
A home designed for comfort

Known for designing homes for many celebrities, Gauri has always said that comfort is more important than beauty when designing living spaces.“A person’s home should reflect their personality. Home is where you are,” he said, adding that he likes spaces to be “clean, comfortable, green and airy with natural light.”

He also revealed that of all the projects he has worked on, his house in Delhi remains one of his favorites because of his passion.“I can say that my house in Delhi is one of my favorite projects to work on. It has a lot of interest,” he said.
