Indian Air Force MTS Recruitment 2026: The Indian Air Force has issued notification for direct recruitment of civilian personnel in Multi-Mission Staff (MTS) Group C under Advertisement No. 02/2026. Eligible Indian citizens can submit offline applications at the Air Force stations and units listed in the official notification.This recruitment exercise provides six vacancies for MTS positions in Headquarters Maintenance Command. Candidates must mail the completed application form to the specified address. The last date for receipt of applications is July 27, 2026 i.e. 30 days after publication of advertisement on Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.Vacancy details and qualificationsRecruitment is underway for six multi-tasking staff positions. Applicants must have passed Class 10 examination from a recognized board. The required age is 18 to 25 years old, and the age is calculated as of July 27, 2026. The upper age limit will be relaxed in accordance with relevant national regulations.There is no application fee for candidates in any category. Selection process and written examinationSelection will be based solely on written examination. Applications will be scrutinized to verify age, education and supporting documents before issuing a notification letter.The written test will cover General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English and General Awareness. The question papers will be available in English and Hindi. Candidates who are shortlisted after the written test must present the original certificate and a copy of the information submitted during registration for verification.Application process and required documentsCandidates must submit their application in the prescribed Annexure-1 format. The application form should be entered in English or Hindi and must contain a recent self-attested passport size photograph. Applicants must also attach two passport-size photographs that match the photo posted on the application form.Documentation proving educational qualification, age, technical qualification, experience, disability status and caste (if applicable) must be attached. OBC applicants should submit a valid non-creamy layer certificate while EWS applicants have to provide prescribed asset certificates.Applicants should enclose a self-addressed envelope bearing Rs. 10 stamps and clearly indicate the position and category on the envelope. Applications received before the advertisement is published or after the closing date will not be accepted. The completed application form should be sent to Commandant, IAM, IAF, Vimanapura PO, Bangalore – 560017. The Indian Air Force has stated that it will not be responsible for postal delays.
