Hailey Bieber has shared a snapshot of her workout routine since welcoming her son with husband Justin Bieber in 2024. The 29-year-old has opened up about her post-baby workout routine and her health changes.According to a video shared on Instagram Stories on July 17, Bieber highlighted his fitness preferences after the birth of his son Jack Blues Bieber is now 22 months old. In the post, he wrote, “Since I had my son, it’s been a lot:” along with a short video of him lifting weights while sporting his gym equipment and waist trainer. In the next photo, Bieber showed off his toned abs as he appeared in a black tracksuit and long pants.

Hailey Bieber’s transition from PilatesAlthough previously known as a devoted Pilates practitioner, Bieber recently spoke about his transition to full-body exercise. In a video posted in April, he explained how he feels right now. “Is this crazy to say? I love Pilates. I really do.
