A day after Kris announced her mother’s death, the TV personality took to her Instagram account to share her grief over her mother. She posted a photo of Kris and MJ that has been making the rounds online ever since, and captioned it with an emotional caption. It said, “Portia and I know how much you loved your mother and the special influence she had on your life and the lives of your entire family. I can’t imagine the pain you are feeling right now. Sending you our love. @krisjenner.” The post was approved by Khloé Kardashian, Kris’s daughter, who wrote in the comment section: “You are so sweet!!! You are my mom’s best friend (herart emojis).”

Posting his oldest and oldest photo, he wrote, “He taught me everything that is important…to love your family fiercely, to be kind, to show the people you love, and not to take one moment for granted. Thank you for giving us everything. “ Mary Jo ‘MJ’ Shannon died on July 16th and was 91 years old at the time of her death. He left for heaven just 10 days before his 92nd birthday on July 26.
