bitsat 2026: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) fourth seat allotment result 2026 is scheduled to be released today (July 22, 2026). Candidates participating in the counseling process can check their current admission status through the official BITS admissions portal.The results of the fourth iteration will determine the seat allotment based on the candidates’ BITSAT scores, priority order and seat availability at the BITS campus. Applicants who receive a new allotment or an upgrade to their preferred course must complete the required admission formalities within the stipulated time.
How to check BITSAT Iteration IV results
Candidates can access their seat allotment status by visiting the official BITS admission portal and selecting the Iteration IV Result or Iteration 4 Seat Allotment link.Students need to enter their application number and password to log in. After checking the allocation results, candidates should download and save the seat allocation status for future admission procedures.The BITSAT 2026 exam has a total score of 390 points and 130 questions. Candidates will be awarded three points for each correct answer and one point will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Admission process and seat change trendsBITS Pilani does not follow central or state caste-based reservation policies. Admission is based on BITSAT score ranking and the eligibility criteria prescribed by the college.Seat availability may change in subsequent counseling rounds as some candidates withdraw after securing seats through other admission processes including JoSAA and JAC Delhi. Historically, score requirements may be reduced by approximately 2 to 5 points between Iteration III and Iteration IV due to seat movement.
