AP POLYCET 2026 Seat Allocation: AP POLYCET 1st Round Seat Allocation Result 2026 will be released by the Andhra Pradesh Technical Education Department today (July 7, 2026). Candidates who have completed the counseling process can check their allotment status on the official AP POLYCET counseling portal after activating the result link.The exact release time has not yet been officially confirmed. The education portal said the allotment results may be available before 6:00 pm or during the normal release period before 11:00 am or after 3:00 pm. Candidates must use their login credentials to access allocation orders.First Round Allocation Process and Reporting TimelineCandidates can download the allotment sequence by accessing the official AP POLYCET portal and clicking on the link titled “AP POLYCET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allocation”. Students have to enter their hall ticket number, ICR form number or password and date of birth. Mobile OTP verification may be required during the login process. An online distribution fee of approximately 800 euros must be paid to unlock the file.Students assigned diploma seats must complete online self-reports and physical college reports between July 8 and July 11, 2026. Polytechnic classes will begin on July 8, 2026. The last date for university reports is July 11, 2026. Failure to report within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the assigned seat.Documents required for university reportsCandidates must bring the original and photocopy of their ID when reporting to the designated institution. Required documents include printed AP POLYCET 2026 allotment order, AP POLYCET 2026 hall ticket and class card, Class 10 (SSC) mark memorandum or equivalent document, study or goodwill certificate from Class 4 to Class 10, transfer certificate and caste, income or EWS certificate, if applicable.Consulting statistics and seat availabilityyAccording to SBTET official data, the number of registered candidates for AP POLYCET 2026 is 1,77,581, setting the highest participation rate in the history of the exam. A total of 1,63,008 students participated and 1,48,950 candidates qualified. The overall pass rate was 91.37%. The passing rate for girls was 93.57% and the passing rate for boys was 89.88%.Alluri Sitharama Raju district recorded the highest pass percentage of 99.11%, followed by Polavaram (95.46%) and Prakasam (94.72%). Andhra Pradesh’s 265 polytechnics offer more than 84,000 diploma seats. The consultation fee for obtaining an allocation order is approximately £800.Estimated cutoff rankings and booking detailsSBTET estimates that OC candidates seeking computer science and IT seats in top government colleges are likely to rank between 1,750 and 6,000. B.C. candidates could be ranked from 4,500 to 24,000, depending on the grouping, with 29 per cent of seats reserved. The close rank for SC candidates may range between 32,000 to 90,000 or above, with no minimum qualifying score threshold.
