On their 27th wedding anniversary, David and Victoria Beckham they have created an impressive portfolio of luxury products on several continents, with rare exposures of their homes through various media formats and TV documentaries.The pair have owned many homes over the years, although they have traditionally kept their properties private, only making TV appearances until recently.In the four-part series released in October 2023, the couple revisited their homes, filming their London home and living space, where David keeps beehives and a beekeeping suit. In a recent interview, Victoria and David revealed the importance of their homes in their lives.“We always find time to spend with each other, and we are always with them. I want Victoria to be very successful, and vice versa. And as busy as we are, our family always comes first. This is very important, and that is what makes it work when you have been together for a long time,” David told Variety in a new interview.Victoria shared a similar opinion in 2025 in an interview with Elle magazine. “We like to have fun. We like to spend time together. We’re a very traditional family, more than I think people realize.”
David Beckham purchase the first property
According to a report by Architectural Digest, David Beckham’s real estate journey began in 1996, the same year he achieved world fame following a remarkable goal that catapulted him to fame. He bought his first house, a four-bedroom redbrick semi-detached duplex in Salford, a city on the border with Manchester, for the equivalent of $187,000. The footballer sold the property in 1999, the year he married Victoria, for about $232,000 after adjusting for inflation.
Oakwood House and initial investment
The couple’s first purchase came in 1998 when they acquired a $400,000 apartment in a red brick Victorian house in the popular suburb of Alderley Edge, a village popular with footballers. They sold the house for about $733,000 in 2002, making a huge profit on their investment.
Beckingham Palace is an iconic renovation
In 1999, the couple bought the Grade II listed Rowneybury House, which the media called Beckingham Palace due to the renovation costs. He paid $3.14 million for the house, which had seven bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool, a recording studio, a game room, and a gym.Victoria explained how she designed the house in an interview with The Independent, giving insight into her creative vision. “It’s an old house, and I themed every room. It’s really camp. There’s a room like a boudoir tart, with tiger prints everywhere and a glass ceiling. Then there’s our bedroom, which is quite virginal and white, with four large pictures, an old oak bed. The hall is completely camp, with a shiny shiny chandelier, bright red walls, big red walls, blue, blue and blue. When Victoria announced she was pregnant with her second child in 2001, the couple moved into a converted stable at Heawood Hall Estate in the popular village of Nether Alderley. The Grade II listed building, believed to have been built in 1720, had five rooms and cost around $1.5 million, with an additional $250,000 spent on renovations. The home boasted a 35-foot indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a playground when it was sold for $2.75 million in 2012. The family moved in 2005 when their eldest was six years old.
The Beverly Hills season is the size of America
After arriving in the United States in 2007, the Beckhams bought a Beverly Hills estate for $18.2 million. The 11,497-square-foot Italianate home had nine bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, an elevator, a library, and a combined media and music room. The couple made a huge profit when they sold $33 million in foreign markets in 2018.
London townhouse is a permanent base
The Beckhams’ residence is their townhouse in Holland Park, Central London. They bought the 9,000-square-foot Victorian house in 2013 for about $37.9 million and spent about $10 million on renovations in 2016, including building a separate house on the property next door to their eldest son. The house has six bedrooms, a black and white kitchen with a six-burner stove, an indoor pool, a wine cellar, a gym, a fashion runway, a nail salon, and a rumored underground garden retreat.

Miami residences and recent developments
In 2020, David paid $19.8 million for an apartment on the 59th floor of a 62-story tower in downtown Miami. The 9,200-square-foot unit had five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, walls of glass overlooking Biscayne Bay, and access to luxury amenities including a helipad, beach club, bank depository, fitness center, spa, and indoor pool. The couple sold the property in February 2026 for $24.6 million on the market, about $2,700 per square foot.The Beckhams doubled down on Miami Real Estate in 2024, purchasing a 14,270-square-foot mansion for $72.3 million on a half-acre lot with 124 feet of Biscayne Bay waterfront and a private dock. The two-story building features cantilevered beams, wraparound stairs and balconies, and a 2,500-square-foot rooftop with views of downtown Miami, the Atlantic, and the bay. The glass walls move to connect the inside with the outside, where there is an infinity pool.An impressive entrance with pools and waterfalls, while the interior showcases South American wood, marble, and bronze in a green courtyard with a two-story wall, a sparkling pool, and palm trees. The kitchen has three islands and a walk-in refrigerator. The home has nine bedrooms, four half baths, a 40-square-foot living room, a gym and outdoor yoga studio, a spa, a home theater, an outdoor kitchen, and a 600-bottle wine cellar. The 1,500-square-foot master suite has two baths, and the second master suite overlooks the water. The couple maintains the house because of their regular schedule.
