Soon after the launch of its mid-range smartphone – Z9, iQoo is reportedly planning to launch its new Turbo version. Leaks and rumors have already started appearing online regarding the unannounced smartphone. According to the post, the iQoo Z9 Turbo is speculated to have a 1.5K display and will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and a 6000mAh battery.Recent leaks suggest that the device will support a 144Hz refresh rate and a 50MP dual camera with support for 80W fast charging. Having said that, iQoo has not confirmed an official release date or launch event. But we expect that to happen in the coming days or weeks. In other news, iQoo launched the Z9 5G last week at a starting price of Rs 19,999 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant in two color options — Graphene Blue and Brushed Green. The smartphone has a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz display, a peak brightness of 1800 nits and DT-Star2 Plus Glass protection. The handset is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset with Mali G610 GPU. Additionally, the smartphone comes equipped with 8GB of RAM and two storage options — 128GB and 256GB. In addition, it also comes with a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The handset runs Android 14 with a custom skin of FunTouch OS14.
