Tata Sierra launches new Jubilee edition: Key changes explained
Tata Motors The new Sierra Jubilee Edition was launched to celebrate the SUV crossing the 50,000-unit sales milestone in India. The special edition is based on the Smart+, Pure and Adventure variants and brings a host of dealer-fitted accessories along with some additional convenience features. The company has not yet announced the price of the Jubilee version.Depending on the model, it borrows accessories from the Sierra ROQ package while retaining the same mechanical setup as the standard model.The entry-level Smart+ Jubilee version gets exterior enhancements such as front grille cladding, tailgate cladding and roof rails. The interior features semi-leatherette seat covers with Jubilee Edition branding. It also features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a four-speaker audio system and a rearview camera.The Pure Jubilee Edition comes with grille, tailgate and wheel arch cladding, roof rails, semi-leatherette seat covers, leatherette steering wheel cover, magnetic sun visors and parcel tray. Tata Motors has also equipped this version with front and rear dash cams.At the top of the range, the Adventure Jubilee Edition comes with the full Sierra ROQ styling package. These include rugged exterior enhancements such as body cladding and styling elements from the ROQ accessories range, as well as front and rear dash cams. Apart from these cosmetic and feature additions, Tata Motors has not made any changes to the Sierra’s powertrain or core equipment. The Jubilee Edition will be available in select trims as a commemorative model to celebrate 50,000 Sierra sales in the domestic market.
