Bollywood superstar Salman Khan He has sold one of his residences in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 3.50 crore. The latest real estate transaction has attracted attention after the property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix confirmed that the deal was officially registered on July 9, 2026. The property is located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential complex in Bandra West. Records show that Salman bought the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. Recent sales show a rise above its purchase price.

As reported by Hindustan Times, according to the registered documents, the building has an area of 758 square meters. It also comes with two parking spaces, making it a residential property in one of Mumbai’s neighborhoods. The sale brings the property to around Rs 46,000 per square foot based on its carpet area. The house was bought by Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. Records also show that buyers paid Rs 21 lakh for stamp duty and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to complete the purchase. Neither Salman Khan nor the new owners have commented on the sale.
Bandra continues to be Salman Khan’s hometown

The Khan family is planning to build a six-room ground-plus-stilt-plus residential building with an area of 1,014.11 sq meters.
