Rishab Rikhiram Sharma has given his allure at the Oscars!The sitar maestro on Monday, shared a glimpse of his performance at the grand ‘Ramayana’ event at the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, where he rendered “Rama Rama”. Sharing a video on his handle, he also expressed his happiness to be a part of the film and also shared confidence that it could be nominated for an Oscar.The singer took to the comments to write, “I am honored to be a part of this historic project celebrating the story of Ramayana. I humbly present the rendition of ‘Rama Rama’ to all of you who performed last night at the Bharat Mandapam. See you at the Oscars.”

At the launch event, producer Namit Malhotra confirmed that Sharma had joined the film’s music team along with Academy Award winners AR Rahman and Hans Zimmer. Announcing the collaboration on stage, Malhotra said, “Rishabh is here too, in addition to Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman. He has also given his talent to Ramayana.”The launch event of Ramayana, he unveiled the first trailer of the film and introduced the number of Nitesh Tiwari‘s based on the old epic. Apart from the trailer, the event featured a glimpse of the film’s world, artwork, costumes, character portraits and the cast.
