Jaipur RPMC exams disrupted as students protest over delay in question paper distribution, question paper leaks
Chaos broke out at the Prabhadevi Memorial Examination Center in Jaipur during the RPMC exams on Tuesday as students alleged that question papers were issued late to several candidates.According to social media posts, candidates sitting on the first floor received their test papers on time and began taking the exam. However, many students on the second and third floors claimed that they had to wait for a considerable time despite repeatedly requesting question papers from the exam staff. Many posts linked delays to document leaks.The delay triggered protests inside exam centres, with students accusing the allocation process of being unfair.Some social media posts further claimed that students were forced to write exams under tents, describing the incident as one involving “hundreds of irregularities” during RPMC exams.As tensions mount, the situation becomes chaotic. Students allegedly vandalized parts of the exam center, leading to riots on campus.Videos circulating on social media showed exam papers scattered on the roof and a large tarp, as well as overturned plastic chairs. The video also shows a large group of students gathering on balconies, corridors and stairs. Some students were seen holding answer sheets, while others appeared to be arguing with officials.
