Reports suggest that the Tata Suite is usually priced between Rs 7 lakh and Rs 12 lakh per night, depending on availability and season.This suite is designed more like a luxury suite than a hotel room. It has two bedrooms, a large living room, a formal dining room, a meeting room that can accommodate up to 15 people, a private office, a relaxation area, a spa with sauna, a gym and a restaurant. Guests can also connect to an additional room if needed.The Tata Suite, famous for its ancient architecture, heritage furniture, art and culture, is one of the most popular areas in the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.
Tom Holland arrives in Mumbai with Christopher Nolan and Matt Damon
Tom arrived in Mumbai on Friday ahead of the screening of Christopher Nolan’s much-anticipated film, The Odyssey. Videos shared on social media showed the actor leaving the Kalina Airport in Mumbai before heading to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. This is his second visit to India after his visit in 2023.Joining them were Academy Award-winning director Christopher Nolan, producer Emma Thomas and co-star Matt Damon.Mumbai has been a stopover for The Odyssey’s world tour, along with cities like London, Paris and New York. It also marks the first time that a Christopher Nolan film will have its first event in India.
Tom’s ‘namaste’ wins hearts
At the special screening of The Odyssey, Tom received a warm welcome from fans. As he took the stage, the audience greeted him with loud applause and cheers.The actor responded with a warm and respectful ‘namaste’ smile, drawing applause from the crowd.Speaking to the audience, Tom thanked the Indian fans for their love and enthusiasm.“From the bottom of my heart, thank you for always welcoming us with open arms, happiness, joy, grace and love. No one brings energy to the theater like you do here in India,” he said.Earlier, Tom also waved to the fans gathered outside the hotel, acknowledging the excitement that had come.Written, directed and produced by Christopher Nolan, The Odyssey is based on the ancient Greek poem Homer. The film follows Odysseus’ ten-year journey home after the fall of Troy.Matt Damon stars as Odysseus, while Tom Holland plays his son Telemachus. The cast includes Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Charlize Theron, Robert Pattinson and Lupita Nyong’o.Odyssey is slated to hit theaters on July 17.
