Priyanka Chopra Jonas has added yet another honor to his growing list of world-class honors. After setting up a Amy Nominated for ‘Heads of State’, the star has now been nominated for Best Actress in an Action Movie at the 6th Annual Critics Choice Super Awards.Priyanka was chosen to play the role of Ercell Bodden in the action thriller ‘The Bluff’. She will compete against a strong field that includes Pamela Anderson (“The Naked Gun”), Eiza Gonzalez (“Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice”), Akari Takaishi (“Ghost Killer”), Charlize Theron (“Apex”), Samara Weaving (“Over Your Dead Body”) and Maddie Ziegler (“Pretty Lethal”).The nominations were announced by the Critics Choice Association (CCA), with James Gunn’s ‘Superman’ emerging as the most nominated film this year. The great film received six nominations, including Best Film, while actors David Corenswet, Edi Gathegi and Nicholas Hoult were nominated for Best Actor. Close behind were eight titles with four names each. Films including ‘Masters of the Universe’, ‘Obsession’, ‘Project Hail Mary’, ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ and ‘Weapons’ each received four nominations.On the television front, ‘The Boys’ led the pack with five nominations, including Best Superhero Series and a Best Actor nomination for Antony Starr. Meanwhile, series like ‘Fallout’, ‘House of the Dragon’ and ‘Paradise’ also received four nominations each.The Critics’ Choice Super Awards celebrate excellence in all of their favorite genres of film and television, including superhero, science fiction, fantasy, horror and action. Unlike the Critics Choice Awards, the Super Awards do not have a live ceremony. The winners of this year’s edition will be announced on August 6.The full list of nominees is listed below:
