Rajpal Yadav has been in the midst of legal trouble since the last few months. After being granted bail and released from Tihar jail in the Rs 9 crore loan case, the actor was given time to repay the loan but continued to violate court orders. For those who don’t know, Rajpal Yadav is related to Madhavav Gopal Agrawal, who represents M/s Murali Projects Pvt Ltd. According to the court’s verdict on Friday, Yadav received no relief and was sentenced to three months in prison.Explaining why the actor spent three months in jail, Advocate Avnish Sikka, representing Murli Projects Pvt Ltd, said, according to ANI reports, “Today, the charges against Rajpal Yadav have been booked. Delhi High Court judgment, all the 21 cases filed by Rajpal Yadav were dismissed, and the order passed by the Sessions Court was upheld. The court ordered him to be in prison for three months; he has also been ordered to pay a fine of Rs 1.05 crores in each case. The sentence of three months imprisonment must run concurrently. Mrs. Radha Rajpal Yadav was also one of the accused in these cases. He has been ordered to pay Rs 5 lakh as fine each. When the case was heard, his counsel prayed for a trial. The court extended its relief to probation. The court has also taken into account the repeated violations he committed in court, including that on the last day Rajpal Yadav said, ‘I am ready to go to jail 5 times but I will not pay a penny.’ A period of two months has been given to him to comply with the order or challenge his decision in the Supreme Court.”For those who don’t know, earlier, Businessman Madhav Gopal Agrawal, who loaned Rs 5 crore to the actors of 2012 drama “Ata Pata Laapata” said, he approved the loan after Rajpal’s wife, Radha, sent him happy messages to help him. He emphasized that the agreement clearly stated that the refund will not be affected by the film’s performance, censor certification, or any other obstacle. The actor, he said, also gave a personal assurance. The businessman added that the loan was merely a loan and not a loan, saying that the loan did not include personal guarantees or post-mortem checks.Since then, Yadav has been denied the refund. Agarwal also said that at the beginning of the dispute, he visited the actor’s house and “wept in front of him like a child,” explaining that the money he borrowed was borrowed from others.
