Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has raised concerns about his health after he shared a blog post about a trip to the hospital for surgery. In a post shared on his blog, the Bollywood star wrote down his thoughts about undergoing surgery and staying in the ICU, followed by the emotional and physical impact it went through.

Writing on his blog, the 83-year-old actor wrote an emotional statement saying, “..in the hospital in the operating room and in the ICU, under the supervision of doctors and medical staff.”

Continuing to talk about the challenges of recovery after hospitalization, he explained, “..discharge ..and return home ..this return home period is the most difficult part ..physically, mentally and emotionally…. You are a respected Champion and one day the star will break in you.. This is the most difficult part of your life…”He also explained his writings, “.. some are brave .. some are defeated .. those who try and be brave remain Victorious .. those who don’t, reconcile and live, live in the past glory .. choose each one individually … there is nothing wrong with .. be happy .. (sic)”

Soon after, Bachchan took to his social media page to post a cryptic message that read, “T 5806 – Game over! But work is still going on.”The post sparked concern among fans who took to the comments section to wish him well. “Get well soon Amit Ji,” he says fanning him. Another said, “Take care sir…I’m praying for you.” “Keeping you in our prayers,” wrote another.

Amitabh Bachchan, has often spoken about his struggles over the years. In May, it was reported that the actor had been hospitalized. However, a source told ETimes, “Mr Bachchan went to Nanavati Hospital on Saturday, however, it was a routine check-up that he goes for every month and he returned home after that.” The source added, “The story is fake. He is fine and after going to the hospital on Saturday, he returned home and was also seen driving his car from Jalsa to Janak the next day. He is now at home.”
