Speaking to Mid Day, the actor shared that he feels that Bollywood continues to judge women as they age. He said: “In a big movie, the hero is always of a certain age.However, addressing the changing trends in film and storytelling, he pointed out that the rise of OTT has changed this significantly. “On OTT, times have changed”, he added, explaining how microdramas are a popular concept on the Internet that will only grow in the future. “I think microdramas are almost there because they are so short, not to mention mobile viewing. And because everyone has phones, the penetration is very high,” he shared.

He added, “Even today, some music and the way they shoot favor women.” However, as a result of the interview she also shared that things are slowly changing in the industry, adding, “In the past, women were often treated as symbols of s**t. Now, there are many important and animal roles for them.”On the career front, the actress was last seen on the big screen in ‘Koi Jaane Na’ in 2021.
