At the age of 51, Sonali Bendre follows a routine of intermittent fasting. The player usually only eats one and a half meals a day, sometimes up to two full meals. And I continue to follow to this day. “The actor also revealed how he was affected after being diagnosed with metastatic stage IV cancer in 2018, where the disease had spread to his brain.
