The agreement, which was registered on April 30, 2026, includes four adjacent plots located in Pimpri village. The largest parcel, with an area of 43,800 sq m, was bought for Rs 7.07 crore. Another plot spread over 29,900 sq m was bought for Rs 4.62 crore, while a 21,400 sq m parcel was bought for Rs 3.31 crore. The fourth and smallest parcel, measuring 8,900 sq m, was acquired for Rs 1.39 crore, according to documents obtained by CRE Matrix.Together, the four parcels cover an area of 1,04,000 sq m, or about 25.7 acres, taking the total value to Rs 16.42 crore. Land registry records show that the purchase attracted a stamp duty of Rs 82.13 lakh.This is not the only property that the Kapoors have bought recently. In May 2026, Abhinandan Lodha House announced that the actor had secured a location for his project, “The Sarayu”, for a price tag of around Rs 3.31 crore.The 2,134 sq ft plot is part of a 75-acre development located on the banks of the Sarayu River. According to the company, the project will have a gym, more than 35 lifestyle spaces, and a luxury five-acre vegetarian hotel managed by The Leela.Ranbir Kapoor’s latest investment reflects the trend among Bollywood celebrities who are looking beyond Mumbai for real estate opportunities. Over the last few years, several actors and many people have shifted their position by investing in agricultural and non-agricultural estates, holiday homes and residential developments in places like Alibaug, Lonavala, Pune and Goa.Apart from Kapoor, celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Virat Kohli And Anushka Sharma has also invested in real estate projects across the country.
