UGC NET June 2026 Answers are expected between July 15 to 20

: The examination process will end on July 5, and the answers are expected to be revealed after the examination.Once released, candidates will be able to access the provisional answer sheets and their recorded OMR answer sheets on the official website of NTA UGC NET. These documents will allow candidates to compare their answers with official answers and estimate their likely score before results are announced.A total of around 908,000 registered candidates took part in the UGC NET exam in June 2026. The examination is designed to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowships (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor, and admission to PhD programs in universities and higher education institutions across India.Provisional answers are released to increase transparency in the assessment process and allow candidates to view answers recorded during the exam.After publishing the provisional answers, the NTA is expected to open an objection window for candidates who wish to challenge any of the answers. Candidates must submit objections online within the prescribed time limit.A non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for each question questioned. Objections made without payment of the prescribed fees or filed after the deadline will not be considered.Subject experts will review all valid objections received during the challenge window. If any challenge is found to be correct, the answers will be revised accordingly before the final version is released.The final answers will form the basis for UGC NET June 2026 result preparation. After the final answer is announced, no objections will be accepted. Candidates are advised to check the NTA official website regularly for the latest updates regarding answer keys, objection schedule and result declaration.
