Triumph increases prices of 350cc bikes again: Check prices of new models
Triumph Motorcycles has increased the prices of its 350cc motorcycle range in India for the second time since the launch of the updated model earlier this year. The latest version affects the entire product line, with the Speed T4 seeing the biggest increase. After the latest price hike, the Triumph Speed T4 is now priced at Rs 2,08,971 after being Rs 10,000 more expensive. The Speed 400 is now priced at Rs 2,39,877. Scrambler 400X and Scrambler 400 XC are currently priced at Rs 2,64,978 and Rs 2,99,333 respectively. The prices of the Tracker 400 have also been revised and are now priced at Rs 2,49,253, while the Thruxton 400 is now priced at Rs 2,75,335.Triumph launched the updated 350cc version of these motorcycles in April this year. Back then, downsized engines helped some models benefit from lower GST grades, resulting in price reductions of up to Rs 11,000, especially the Scrambler 400 and Thruxton 400. However, after two consecutive price adjustments, the motorcycles became more expensive.Mechanically, there are no changes to the motorcycle. They continue to be powered by Triumph’s new 350cc engine platform, although output varies across ranges. The Speed T4 produces 29 hp and 31 Nm of torque, down from 31 hp and 36 Nm of the earlier 398.15cc version. The Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 XC produce 37 hp and 32 Nm, compared to the previous figures of 40 hp and 37.5 Nm. Meanwhile, the range-topping Thruxton 400 produces 40 hp and 32 Nm of torque, the same as the recently launched Tracker 400.
