MG Windsor EV price rise: Check out new model prices
JSW MG Motor India has revised the prices of Windsor EV in India, increasing prices across the model range by Rs 60,000. The latest revision will take effect in July 2026, likely due to rising production costs.The Windsor EV is currently available in five models, each with increased prices. The entry-level Excite model has received the biggest revision and is now priced at Rs 14.70 lakh, up from Rs 14.10 lakh. This is equivalent to an increase of Rs 60,000.The price of the Exclusive variant has increased by Rs 46,900 and is currently priced at Rs 16 lakh. Similarly, the Essence variant is now priced at Rs 17 lakh after a price hike of Rs 46,900, which is a 2.84 per cent increase over its previous price.In the lineup, the Exclusive Pro variant has seen a price hike of Rs 52,000 and is currently priced at Rs 17.90 lakh. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Essence Pro variant is now priced at Rs 19 lakh after an increase of Rs 40,000, an increase of 2.15%.
MG Windsor EV: key details
The Windsor EV offers two battery pack options. Excite, Exclusive and Essence models use a 38 kWh battery pack, while Exclusive Pro and Essence Pro models have a larger 52.9 kWh battery. Despite the difference in battery capacity, all variants produce the same output of 136 PS and 200 Nm of torque.The smaller 38 kWh battery has a claimed range of 332 kilometers, while the larger 52.9 kWh battery in the Pro model extends the claimed range to 449 kilometers.
