As July Teacher Eligibility Test approaches, UPTET Admit Card 2026 is available online

UPTET Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Services Selection Commission (UPESSC) has issued UPTET 2026 admit cards on June 30, 2026 to the candidates who appeared for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. Hall tickets can be purchased through the official admit card portal and the board website. Candidates can download the file using their registration number or mobile number along with the required personal details.The examinations for Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be held in multiple shifts from July 2 to July 4. Candidates applying for two question papers must download separate admit cards for each exam. After downloading the hall ticket, candidates are advised to verify all the printed details including name, exam date, registration time and allotted exam centre.Exam arrangements and methodsPaper 2 for classes 6 to 8 will be held on July 2 in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon and 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The same test paper will also be conducted on July 3 in the morning class. Paper 1 for classes 1 to 5 will be held on July 3rd in the afternoon class and July 4th in the morning class. Check-in time is one hour before the start of each shift.The exam will be conducted offline using OMR sheet. Each test paper contains 150 multiple-choice questions, with a maximum score of 150 points, and a length of 150 minutes. There will be no negative marks.Steps to download admission ticketCandidates need to visit the UPESSC official website and select the UPTET Admit Card link. They have to select the UPTET 2026 exam, enter their registration number or mobile number, name or father’s name, date of birth and security code before submitting their details. The admission ticket will appear on the screen and should be downloaded and printed for future use.Description and Eligibility CriteriaCandidates must carry a printed admit card along with a valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport or driving license. A blue or black ball pen and a passport-size photo may also be required. Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices and study materials are not allowed into the exam centre.This test determines the eligibility for the posts of primary and higher primary teachers in Uttar Pradesh. Successful candidates will receive a lifetime qualification. The minimum qualifying marks are 90 marks for the general category and 82 marks for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, veterans, dependents of freedom fighters and disabled candidates. If exams are administered across multiple shifts or days, UPESSC may apply standardized procedures.
