According to recent reports shared online by ABC News, the rapper has denied all the allegations against him. In one of the latest cases in her rape case, Filly took the stand and said she “loved” the woman she accused of sexually abusing and sexually assaulting her the night he approached her after a nightclub concert.He also told the court that he “enjoys my presence”. The woman, who accused the rapper of rape and assault, was in her 20s at the time, and told the court he repeatedly raped and beat her after returning to her Perth hotel room. She also shared in her statement that the sex was consensual at first, however, the 30-year-old later became violent and raped her.The rapper, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has currently denied all 10 charges against him in court. He also explained that “the vibes were good” between the two in the hotel room. However, he told security staff to take his phone as a way to “ensure privacy.” Evidence of the assault was later presented to the court, showing multiple wounds on the woman’s body. He added, “He has a wonderful personality. We used to hang out. He was enjoying my presence.”Prosecutor Danielle Clarke also released her statement in court, saying, “What should have been a fun night out with celebrity Yung Filly was fun until it wasn’t.
