Understanding Lord Rama’s teachings was more important than superficial transformation. “The actor revealed that the process involved intensive study, mentoring from experts, and years of spiritual training. Explaining how he approached this character, he said, “I read a lot, I met many scholars. I practiced yoga for two years. I had a teacher named Suvir who used to meditate for many hours to bring me closer to the teachings of Lord Rama. I really understand the scriptures because we have them. There are many versions and iterations. “The Ramayana team also attended the San Diego Comic-Con for what is expected to be the world premiere of the movie’s trailer.
