East Village condominium
After the box office success of ‘Risky Business,’ Tom Cruise invested in a 2,200-square-foot apartment in the American Felt Building, per Architectural Digest. The facility consisted of three rooms, one of which was converted into a state-of-the-art gym. In 2013, he sold the property for USD 3 million after thirty years of ownership.
Telluride farm
In the early 1990s, Tom Cruise began planning a 32-acre home in Telluride, Colorado. In 1994, construction was completed on a 10,000 square meter building. The house remains his primary residence for him and his ex-wife, Katie Holmes. The couple described the house as a “dormitory or living room, with tight-ropes, unstable, airtight, built of honey-colored wood from Oregon,” in an interview with Vanity Fair.The four-bedroom home had extras like a stone fireplace, golf course, motocross track, outdoor fireplace, and indoor trampoline, along with a separate three-bedroom guest house. Cruise sold the property for $39.4 million in 2021.

The 2.5-acre home had vintage charm with an Italian farmhouse kitchen, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and an upstairs living room with a fireplace. Also, a separate guest house had four rooms and its own kitchen. After being purchased for USD 11.7 million in 2005, Tom Cruise sold the property at a loss of USD 11.4 million to Eva Longoria.
A place in West Sussex
In 2006, Tom Cruise turned his neck to the beautiful English countryside in the West Sussex town of East Grinstead. The $4.2 million property had 11,331 square feet of antique decor, with eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, a movie theater, dance studio, and game room. After ten years of ownership, he sold it to musician Peter Andre for USD 6 million.
Beverly Hills mansion
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes bought a beautiful house for $ 30 million in Beverly Hills, which has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The complex, originally built in 1937, had several guest houses, a swimming pool, a playground, and a tennis court. He sold the property in 2016 for $40 million.
Florida penthouse townhouse
Tom Cruise invested in a two-story mansion in Florida for $9.5 million. Some of these amenities included a solarium, roof terrace, 39-meter infinity pool, hot tub and bar, air conditioning, and car elevator.
