RE Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts launches: Pricing, change notes

Royal Enfield has launched the limited edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts for the first time in India, priced at Rs 5.75 lakh ex-showroom. The special edition was developed in partnership with custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts and is based on the custom “Caliber Royale” shown at EICMA 2025 and subsequently shown at Motoverse 2025.The motorcycle will be strictly limited to 100 units, which will be individually numbered and sold to global markets including India, Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Of these, only 25 motorcycles were allocated to India.Registration for this limited edition model will be open globally from July 15, 2026. Buyers can register through the Royal Enfield App or the brand’s official website before July 30. The sale will take place through a phased online sale between July 27 and 30, with the Indian allocation going live on July 30 at 7 pm (Indian Standard Time). The first 25 registered customers in each region will have the opportunity to purchase motorcycles.

RE Shotgun 650 x Rough Craft: New Content

The special edition features several cosmetic upgrades compared to the standard Shotgun 650. It comes in a gloss black and matte stealth black paint scheme with hand-finished gold leaf stripes and subtle gray accents. The tank is stamped with the limited edition serial number, along with a cast brass partnership badge emphasizing the partnership with Rough Crafts.The motorcycle also features black handlebar end mirrors, a quilted leather seat, contrast cut alloy wheels and gold polished fork inner tubes. Owners will also receive a numbered black-on-gold artwork with Caliber Royale design, signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.Mechanically, the Limited Edition model remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by the familiar 648cc parallel-twin engine and retains the same underpinnings as the standard Shotgun 650.
