While in Austin, Texas, the singer sang his song that he sang on stage, however, he changed his voice a little as a shout out to Ricky Alvarez, one of his former dancers, who was with him from April 2015 to July 2016. His 2018 single originally featured the lyrics “I wrote Ricky’s songs / Now I listen and laugh.”However, for his performance last night on the ‘Eternity of the Sun’ tour, the singer changed his lyrics to “Wrote songs for Ricky / I know he still got my back.” The show was held at the Moody Center. Alvarez cheered and screamed after concert videos showed him, dancing and swaying to the singer’s music as he made his way to the concert in the VIP section of the pit.This is not the first time he has changed his voice. In a concert a few days ago, the singer sang, “They wrote some Ricky songs / And they still slap” instead of the original.Aside from that, Grande and Alvarez have been dating for a while, and were spotted having lunch in public, as PEOPLE reported.
