However, the path to achieving that dream is difficult. Director Abhinav Sunder Nayak examines the challenges faced by newcomers in the film industry.

ETimes’ Verdict for ‘Mollywood Times’
Reviewing the film, ETimes wrote, “Abhinav, who co-wrote with Ramu Sunil, offers a refreshing perspective on life’s challenges.” It’s refreshing because, even if it could have gotten into trouble, the writers keep the story going and the hero doesn’t even think about giving up on his dreams or ignoring his values. So the plot is compelling, but the story starts to feel confusing, especially in the second half. Several hurdles that come in the way of Vineeth’s dreams are from the unique style of Mollywood and are tiresome. “The provisions on SC/ST privileges sound strange and unnecessary.”With its first OTT premiere confirmed, ‘Mollywood Times’ is all set to reach the masses and is expected to have a cult following like Abhinav’s previous film ‘Mukundan Unni Associates’.
