The commission has announced that a 15-day online window will soon be opened for candidates shortlisted for the personality test.During this period, candidates must log in to the designated UPSC portal and upload proof of passing the prescribed qualifying examination. Candidates who fail to complete this mandatory process will not be allowed to take the personality test and their candidature may be cancelled, the committee warned.In addition to uploading the required documents, candidates can also update their correspondence address, higher education qualifications, achievements, employment details, work experience, service assignments and service preferences.UPSC has made it mandatory for every shortlisted candidate to submit an online application form during this window, even if no modification of any personal details is required. This process is necessary to generate an electronic subpoena for the interview.
