Jameela Jamil sparks fierce controversy after calling Britons ‘the worst people in history’
The actress and broadcaster, who is best known for her role as Tahani Al-Jamil in the popular comedy series ‘The Good Place’, said this in an episode of her podcast “Jameela Jamil: Unfiltered” alongside broadcasters Blakely Thornton and Justin. Talking about how he created this character, he said, “I’m lucky to be a part of this show. It’s written really well, and Megan Amram, who’s one of the lead writers on the show, just wrote Tahani’s badass, so we all made her the worst person in their history and Thanos.”
