Telugu superstars Mahesh Babu and Megastar Chiranjeevi has congratulated Skyroot Aerospace after the successful launch of Vikram-1, India’s first privately developed orbital rocket. The ‘Varanasi’ star shared his pride in seeing “India reach the stars and deliver” as the launch marked a historic milestone for the Hyderabad-based company.

Mahesh Babu took to his Instagram handle to share his happiness and praised the team’s hard work and dedication. He wrote, “India reaching for the stars and giving…. So proud of our young team at Skyroot Aerospace from Hyderabad… #Vikram1 reaching orbit on its first mission is a testament to the ingenuity and resilience of our unique space sector…!!“

Chiranjeevi praised the team

Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi also celebrated the success of the mission. He thanked Skyroot Aerospace, ISRO, and IN-SPACE for this achievement. He wrote, “Today is an unforgettable event in Indian space travel. We are very grateful to Skyroot Aerospace, ISRO, and IN-SPACE for the successful launch of #Vikram1, India’s first privately developed rocket.”He also expressed his pride that the project was designed and produced in his hometown.“I am very proud that this amazing achievement was designed and created in Hyderabad by the brilliant team of young people at @SkyrootA. About ‘Vikram-1’

As for the project, ‘Vikram-1’ is a four-stage launch vehicle designed to provide fast and critical support to small satellites. The rocket is called Dr. Vikram Sarabhai, known as the father of India’s space program.Meanwhile, the lead actor, Mahesh Babu is working on his next drama, ‘Varanasi’ and Chiranjeevi is working with director Bobby Kolli on his next film.
