IISER 2026 tutoring schedule released, first round of enrollment starts on July 24: View details

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) has announced the IISER admissions counseling schedule 2026. Candidates who pass the entrance examination will participate in the first round of admission starting at 5 pm on July 24.According to the schedule, the first round of admission window will remain open until 5 pm on July 28. The second round of admission offers will be available from August 1st (5pm) to August 5th (5pm). The third round of admission offers will be on sale from August 10th (5pm) to August 13th (5pm).Candidates must log in to the IISER official admission portal during each round of counseling, check the admission notice and complete the admission process within the specified period.Various institutions have advised candidates to complete all admission procedures on time. Those who do not accept the allotted seat by the deadline may lose their admission offer.

ISER 2026 seat acceptance fee

Candidates who receive an admission letter must pay a seat acceptance fee to confirm their seat.Candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Group (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Other Backward Classes-Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Kashmiri Migrants (KM), Kashmiri Pandits and Kashmiri Hindu Family (Non-Migrant) categories have to pay Rs 35,000. This amount includes a non-refundable administration fee of Rs. 10,000.Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories have to pay Rs 17,500, including a non-refundable administration fee of Rs 5,000.
